Shifting Loyalties is the second expansion book for Malifaux M2e.
It covers new models for each faction, as well as continuing the Malifaux story line. It also contains campaign rules, so that games can now be played with ongoing effects and achievements for a crew the more they play, including injuries and upgrades.
It also re-introduces the Avatar models back into the game as an option for campaigns, allowing their official use for the first time in Malifaux M2e. It also introduces new Avatars, so that all current Masters have this option available to them.
